Why this shop exists
Dallas has a tree problem that is really a detailing problem. Cedar elms in four-foot parkways. Pecans on driveway aprons. Cast-iron laterals in Lakewood. Bamboo in Plano. Landscape crews sell edging. Plumbers cut roots. Foundation companies pour piers. Somebody still has to put a wall in the soil so the next season is not a repeat invoice.

What we actually install
Vertical HDPE panels. Sidewalk and driveway isolation. Foundation isolation off the beam. Sewer-lateral walls when the camera shows roots at intact joints. Closed-loop bamboo liners with a lip. Pool-deck and parking-island work. Repair of old brittle sheet that was sold as barrier in the 2000s. We set depth on your lot. Catalog inches are a guess.
We are not a mow-and-blow company. We are not a plumber. We are not a pier contractor. If the pipe is collapsed or the slab needs underpinning, we say so and we stop.
How North Texas lots differ
Blackland Prairie clay shrinks in August and swells after a two-inch storm. Collin HOAs irrigate all summer, so roots stay in the top eighteen inches and lift parkway walks in year eight to twelve. Park Cities oaks are older than the current house. Flower Mound and Keller sit on Cross Timber, not Plano clay. Rockwall is chalk. Copying one suburb onto another is how you get a callback.
What we will not do
- Girdle a healthy live oak to flatten a sidewalk.
- Publish star ratings we did not earn.
- Copy a Plano depth onto a Rockwall chalk lot.
- Cut a marked gas line because the HOA wanted the walk done Friday.
- Sell landscape edging as a foundation wall.
Crews and restoration
Trucks carry 24- and 36-inch HDPE on the usual days, deeper stock for laterals and specimen oaks. Restoration is part of the quote in cities that inspect parkways — Park Cities, Lakewood, Plano and Frisco HOAs. We photograph the finished strip when a property manager or ACC needs a file.
Texas 811 runs before every trench. If the locate puts a line in the cut, we redesign. That delay is not a surprise invoice.
