• City and nearest cross street
• Tree species if you know it — cedar elm, live oak, pecan, post oak, bamboo
• HOA letter or plumber camera if this is a repeat
• Gate codes, dogs, pool on the lot
• Whether the walk is city or HOA, and whether a grind already failed

What happens after you send it

We call back from 214-555-1212. If the lot is a same-week clay-soup problem after a storm, say so. We will tell you if we need a photo of the heave or if we should just come walk it.
