Parkway walks and HOA letters
Collin County planted nursery oaks in four-foot strips. Year twelve the panel cups. Grinding buys a season. A vertical wall on the tree side of the walk is how the next panel stays flat. Bring the letter. Isolation plus restoration is how those files close without taking the tree.
Slabs, laterals, and pool decks
Blackland clay already moves. A live oak at eight to twelve feet adds roots at the beam. Foundation isolation is not a pier. Old laterals in Lakewood, Oak Cliff, Fairmount, and downtown McKinney still take pecans at the joints. Frisco and Southlake pool decks crack toward the trunk. Builder oaks six feet from the water should get a wall while the tree is still cheap to isolate.
What to start with
