Terms of Service

Last updated: August 23, 2026

These terms apply when you book Root Barrier Dallas for root barrier work in Dallas–Fort Worth.

The work

We install vertical barrier, prune-and-isolate, inspect, and restore parkways as written on the quote. We are not a plumber, pool builder, or foundation company. If the pipe is collapsed or the slab needs piers, that is another trade.

Quotes

A site walk produces a written scope: depth, length, restoration, what we will not touch. Underground surprises (unmarked private irrigation, unmarked laterals) can change the job. We stop and call.

811

Public locates run before a trench. If a marked line sits in the proposed cut, we redesign. That delay is not a breach.

Trees

We isolate trees. We do not guarantee a tree will live forever or that clay will stop moving. Workmanship covers joints and depth as written on the quote.

Payment

Due as stated on the invoice. HOA or city restoration extras that were in the quote are not surprises.

Website

Articles on this site are education, not a soils report. Texas law governs. Dallas County, Texas is the venue.

Keep the tree. Stop the heave.

Root Barrier Dallas installs HDPE root barrier along sidewalks, slabs, sewer lines, bamboo, and commercial parking islands across Dallas–Fort Worth. Grinding a walk is a season. A barrier stops the next lift.
