Root Barrier Dallas

Workmanship we will put on a quote

Joints and depth. Not a promise that Blackland clay stops moving or that a live oak stops living.

If a joint opens because we left a gap, that is ours. If a panel sits shallower than the scope, that is ours. If a root goes over a too-shallow run someone else installed in 2008, that is a replacement job — see repair and replacement.

Trees grow. Clay shrinks. Irrigation heads at the slab will undo a good wall if you keep watering the beam. We write those limits in English on the quote.

What workmanship covers

Joints and depth against our work. A panel that creeps because we did not lock it. A trench we packed so poorly that Blackland clay opened a highway behind the face in one summer. Call 214-555-1212 and we come back.

What it does not cover

A tree that keeps living — that is the point. Clay that still swells after a storm. A walk you asked us not to replace. A plumber’s collapsed lateral. A foundation that needed piers before we isolated the oak. Someone else’s twelve-inch edging. Read the quote. If a sentence is missing, ask before we trench.

Keep the tree. Stop the heave.
